Who this covers

Anyone who takes an Ask? Talk! interview, or who texts or emails us to request one.

What we collect from respondents

Audio, transcript, typed text, and timing signals from the interview you take. Never your name, address, or device ID.

Phone numbers and email addresses

If you request a link by text or email, that number or address is used only to send that one message. It is never written to our database, never logged, and never shared or sold.

Text messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Personal details in your answers

Names, places, and employers you mention are removed by an automated process before the surveyor's team can read your answers.

Who processes data on our behalf

ElevenLabs (voice), Anthropic (analysis), Supabase (storage), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (text messages), Amazon SES (email).

Your rights

Download, correct, or delete your answers anytime from your personal link. Deleting removes your answers from future reports.

How long we keep it

Raw audio 30 days. Redacted text until the study closes plus 12 months.
