How it works

What counts as a completed interview?
One person who finishes. If someone stops early, you're not charged. If they answer at least half the questions and don't come back for 3 days, the interview is closed for them, included in your results, and counted.
Do pilot runs count?
No. Testing your own interview and running simulated respondents are always free.
How long does a package last?
12 months from purchase. Buy another anytime; the oldest interviews are used first.
What happens when I run out?
New invites pause and you'll see a prompt to buy more. Anyone already partway through an interview can still finish.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Add as many teammates as you need.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
